My Approach
A woman’s body goes through so many changes during pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period. I personally believe that this area is underserviced and that there is not enough reliable information and support out there for women.
My aim is to empower women with the knowledge and tools to help women feel confident, strong and healthy in their changing and evolving bodies whilst working together to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
What I Can Offer
Through Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Pilates I am able to support you during your pregnancy and postnatal journey.
As your body changes and evolves I can offer a check up to help prevent common aches and pains that can occur. We can also adapt your current exercise routine or help you get back into exercise safely.
You may be suffering with pregnancy or postnatal related musculoskeletal problems or pelvic floor issues and there is so much that can be done to help you through physiotherapy.
In addition, my physiotherapy led Pilates classes provide a safe and effective workout throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period giving you the peace of mind that you are looking after your body.
I am here to help you whatever your goals are.
