Pregnancy Initial Assessment / MOT

60 mins - £110

A thorough pregnancy assessment (anytime during your pregnancy) which includes a postural, pelvis and back screen and pelvic floor muscle assessment. If required we will focus on any particular concerns such as pregnancy musculoskeletal pain and / or pelvic floor complaints.

I will create you a specific and safe exercise programme to prevent / manage any aches and pains and to ensure the best recovery postnatally. Depending on your requirements you may receive treatment which can include soft tissue mobilisation, joint mobilisation and acupuncture.

I will teach you how to avoid abdominal doming and how and when to do your pelvic floor exercises. I will answer all your labour questions (positions, perineal massage and early postnatal recovery) for both vaginal and cesarean delivery.

You will be given a personalised plan and lots of detailed advice to go away feeling empowered and ready for your pregnancy, delivery and beyond.

Postnatal Initial Assessment / MOT

60 mins - £110

A thorough postnatal assessment (anytime from 6 weeks postnatal) which includes a postural, pelvis and back screen, abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti) assessment, pelvic floor muscle assessment, scar assessment and a functional movement assessment.

If required we will focus on any particular concerns such as postnatal musculoskeletal pain and / or pelvic floor complaints.

You will be given a specific rehabilitation programme, a personalised plan and lots of detailed advice. Depending on your requirements you may receive treatment which can include soft tissue mobilisation, joint mobilisation and acupuncture. You will feel empowered and ready to achieve your personal goals.
